Thank you for choosing Patient 2 Thrive to advise and implement Marketing Services exclusively for your business. We are excited to work with you and bring more leads & customers into your business.


The Client and Patient 2 Thrive agree as follows:

Paid Advertisement Services Agreement

This Marketing Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Patient 2 Thrive ("Service Provider") and the Client ("Client") effective as of the date set forth below. By executing this Agreement, both parties agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. The Services

Our Services Are Divided Into Two Phases: Initial Setup & Ongoing Growth Management

Initial Setup Services
We’re deploying a high-converting patient acquisition system tailored to your med spa — built fast and ready to launch. This includes:

  • Scripting, shooting, and editing ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, and Google.

  • Creating an irresistible offer that drives high-ticket appointment bookings.

  • Launching targeted ad campaigns with full funnel buildout.

  • Building a lead capture and qualification system connected to your CRM.

  • Assigning and onboarding a dedicated sales rep to follow up and close leads.

  • Setting up automated SMS and voicemail follow-ups to reduce no-shows.

  • Connecting lead flow directly to your calendar so you wake up to booked appointments.

Expedited Timeline for Launch:
We’re fast-tracking all setup components to go live by week 1. Here’s the plan:

  • Alignment call to clarify goals, offers, and ideal patient profile.

  • Immediate production of ads and funnel setup.

  • Calendar and CRM integration for seamless appointment scheduling.

  • Sales rep activation and script training.

  • Test and review before launch.

2. Ongoing Growth Management Services
Once live, we take over the entire front-end patient acquisition process. You focus on delivering services — we handle the rest. This includes:

  • Daily optimization of ad campaigns across all platforms.

  • Done-for-you lead generation, qualification, and closing.

  • Booking directly into your calendar.

  • Monthly sales training for your staff to improve upsells and conversions.

  • Live dashboard to track leads, conversations, appointments, reviews, and campaign performance.

You own the pipeline, profits, and patient relationships — we just build and run the system that drives them.

3. Payment structure

  • 13% of sales generated. This percentage applies only to appointments that originate from the Agency’s Ad campaigns and have been fulfilled (i.e., the patient shows up and receives a treatment).

  • A one time $1,000 Setup fee. There are no other upfront fees or retainers. The Agency is only paid when actual revenue is collected from completed treatments booked through its system.

  • Payment will be calculated and invoiced on Weekly basis, every Friday, based on a shared reconciliation report that details: Patient name, Date of treatment, Revenue generated Attribution to agency campaign. Or through a payment link set up with Stripe

Client agrees to provide transparent access to appointment and treatment records necessary for tracking and attribution.

This performance-based model ensures full alignment: we only win when you do.

4. Term

This Agreement commences upon signing and continues for 3 months.

5. Termination

The initial term is three (3) months (“Initial Term”). During the Initial Term, neither party may terminate for convenience. Either party may terminate for cause upon written notice if the other party materially breaches this Agreement and fails to cure within fifteen (15) days (ten (10) days for non-payment). After the Initial Term, either party may terminate for convenience on thirty (30) days’ written notice. Upon termination, Client will pay all undisputed amounts accrued, including any success fees for patients sourced from Agency campaigns who receive treatment within ninety (90) days after termination.

6. Ownership of Materials

The Client has usage rights to marketing materials developed, provided full payment has been made. Patient 2 Thrive retains ownership until full compensation is received.

7. Proprietary Information and Use of Materials

Both parties agree to confidentiality regarding proprietary information, with exceptions for publicly available, previously known, or independently developed information.

8. Limitation of Liability

Patient 2 Thrive maximum liability for any claims shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for services under this Agreement.

Patient 2 Thrive is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.


9. Interpretation and Enforcement

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. All legal actions must be filed in Florida courts.
